I ordered a blanket with a photo on it, and while the colors looked okay, the actual print came out a little blurry. My sister noticed it too when I showed her, the details just looked softer than I expected. Shipping was fine and it arrived without any issues, but for the price, I was hoping the picture would be sharper

I bought a throw blanket from Northwest a few months back. It gets used all the time on the couch. So far, the fabric still feels sturdy. It has not pilled much either, even after a couple washes.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it did lose a little softness after washing. Not a huge deal though. It still feels nice and seems durable. I’d say it was worth it.

The box showed up looking like it had been through a tiny battle, with a few dents here and there. I definitely had a brief moment of panic opening it, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Packaging could’ve been better, but no real damage done.

I ordered a blanket from thenorthwest.com and I really wanted to love it, especially because it looked so nice when it arrived. But the second I felt the material, I was kind of let down. I guess I expected that soft, cozy feeling you get when you’re excited to curl up with a new blanket, and it just didn’t give me that.
I washed it hoping it might soften up, but it still felt a little rough against my skin. It’s not the worst blanket ever, and it does look good, but for the price I feel like it should’ve been way more comfortable. i’m disappointed and would give it 2 stars.

I don’t know what else to say, it was exactly what I ordered. Everything matched up with my order, so as far as I’m concerned, it did what it was supposed to do.

They did get back to me, so that was good... but the replies took longer than I expected. Not a huge deal, just would’ve been nicer if the communication was a bit quicker.

The prices were fair, i’m happy with how it turned out. No complaints from me — which is always a nice surprise these days.

It’s soft and cozy just a little thinner than I expected. Still comfy enough and I’ve been using it a lot.

i looked around a few other places first, but thenorthwest.com actually had the blanket i wanted in stock. ordering was easy, and i didn’t have to sit around waiting for a restock email. happy with how it all went.
